Pastor Larry and his wife, Shari, followed the call of God to start a new ministry at Grace Summit in 2011. They have been in ministry for over 40 years and love making a difference in people’s lives. Larry has a heart to mentor the younger generations to rise up and make a difference in today’s world. Larry and Shari have been married for 45 years and have three daughters: Tasha, Jacey and Lindsay. They get together weekly for family dinners with their daughters, son-in-laws, and 12 grandchildren. It is a time of love and great food as Shari is an amazing cook. She loves to spend her time cooking for the family, as well as for the members of Grace Summit Church whenever she gets a chance. Lindsay, along with her husband, Kris, have been with Grace Summit since inception and are very excited about the future. Lindsay is the Executive Director and works to keep the "gears oiled" within the structure of the church. She strives to keep the organizational flow running smoothly. She also handles all of the church marketing and design. When her husband, Kris, isn't working as a financial advisor, he helps run the sound and is involved in the set-up/tear-down operation. Jenny met her husband, Eric, at church and have been married for 16 years. Jenny is extremely active in every aspect of Grace Summit Church and is the office manager. She is the "go to" person if there is a question that cannot be answered and is Pastor Larry's personal assistant. She has been in church administration for 16 years and continues to love her job. Eric is a landscaper. During the Christmas season he runs Buckskin Tree Farm, which has been a part of his family since he was a young teenager. Both he and Jenny enjoy working the tree farm together during this time. They take pleasure in seeing the joy of family traditions as parents and children get to cut down their own Christmas tree. Brad is the Administrative Coordinator. It is evident that Brad has a passion and excitement for this ministry. His energetic personality and huge heart; along with his organizational background, make him the perfect fit as the Administrative Coordinator. Brad has graduated from IPFW with a Purdue Diploma in Organizational Leadership and Supervision and a minor in Communication. Brad also works for Youth for Christ of Northern Indiana as a Campus Life Director at Churubusco High School. Contact Brad.
Kenny and his wife, Sally, have been an integral part of Grace Summit with their time, support and love. Kenny retired from SuperValu in 2009 after 37 years of service. He had always had a desire to work in church ministry during his retirement years. He is thrilled that God has opened the door for him to work as the church bookkeeper, and he loves his job! The Hannahs have been married for 35 years and have two sons, Shawn and Kris, as well as 7 grandchildren. Shawn and his family live in Savannah, Georgia. Kenny and Sally really enjoy traveling down to visit them often. Their youngest son, Kris, and his family are involved at Grace Summit as well, making it nice to see them often. Contact Kenny.
Regina began her role as the Discipleship Director in 2013. She leads many areas within Grace Summit which include; SPC (Set-Up/Tear-Down), Connection Groups, Prayer Team, and organizes our Next Steps program. Regina was called to ministry as a child at church camp. She attended a two-year Bible training center after high school and worked full-time in church ministry. She's been married 26 years to David, all of which have included him working for/in churches. People are her passion, so Regina is always looking for an opportunity to encourage someone! She LOVES chocolate and in her spare time, she enjoys walking, biking and golfing. Her all-time favorite comfort dessert is warm browinies with chocolate frosting! Contact Regina.
Pastor Mark and his wife, Kaitlyn, have been a part of Grace Summit Church since the beginning. Mark is the Worship Pastor at Grace Summit. You can sense that Mark has a heart for the Lord, as well as for leading people into a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ through music. Mark is a graduate of Huntington University and is currently employed by Lincoln Financial Group. He plays drums, guitar, piano, and is also the lead vocalist. He’s hoping to be in full-time ministry, utilizing his experience and education to advance the kingdom. Contact Mark.
Daniel has been an integral part of GSC since the church’s launch in 2011. He has volunteered his time in GSC Kids, GSC Youth, Guest Services, leading Connection Groups, along with helping our community through our Serve Day projects. Daniel loves serving and has a passion for people and ministry! In his spare time, you will find Daniel playing on the church men's softball team, playing hockey with his brothers, volunteering at Big Brothers Big Sisters by spending time with his "Little", and helping with Youth for Christ. Daniel has his Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. You will see Daniel in the GSC hallways surrounded by children. He has a special way with the little ones!
