You’ve found new life.
Responding to Jesus’ call on your life is the most incredible decision you can make. All of heaven is rejoicing over you. So what’s next?
First, you are God's child.
Following Jesus isn’t just about doing good things or being a good person. First, know that God loves you and cherishes you like a good Dad. He’s proud of you even before you do anything. And he wants to spend time with you because he likes you.
“See how very much our Father loves us, for he calls us his children, and that is what we are!”
(1 John 3:1)
Second, God wants to partner with you.
As if knowing God’s unconditional love wasn’t enough, the Creator of the Universe wants to partner with you. He’s bringing the beauty of heaven to earth, and he’s inviting you to share the good news with others, to care for the marginalized, and to bless those around you.
“For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.”
(Ephesians 2:10)
So I know God loves me and wants to use me. Now what?
