Prayer is core to who we are.
Prayer is a major part of the culture of GSC. We want to see prayer become a natural part of everyone’s life, both individually and together as a church family. It’s not just something we do because “we’re supposed to.” Actually, prayer grows our relationship with God and has the power to change things in real life.
Because prayer is so important, we have multiple times throughout the week and opportunities throughout the year to engage together in prayer. Will you join us?
Ways to Engage
Anyone is encouraged to participate in our prayer ministry. We have several weekly prayer gatherings:
- Saturday mornings at 9:00 AM
- Sunday mornings at 8:45 AM
- Sundays after service
In addition to our weekly prayer meetings, we fast and pray for 21 days two times a year. These events take place in January and August.
Share Your Prayer Request
In addition to asking a friend in-person, anyone can submit prayer requests online, at our Welcome Pointe on Sundays, or through our Connect Cards. Prayer requests and needs are sent out to a special email list and added to an exclusive Facebook group designated solely for prayer needs.
